The website stores the information you provide when creating an account, completing an FPO profile, submitting an enquiry, registering for training or uploading a document. Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
How information is used
Your information is used to manage your account, review your requests, coordinate relevant programmes and respond to your enquiries. Authorised Council administrators can access submissions to perform these functions.
Public and private information
FPO profile and product details submitted for publication are reviewed before appearing publicly. Documents linked to private applications remain accessible to the submitting account and authorised administrators. Upload only documents you are entitled to share.
Cookies
Session cookies keep you signed in, protect form submissions and remember your language choice. The website does not require third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You may edit account and FPO profile details from your workspace. Contact the Council to request correction, account closure or review of stored information. Some records may need to be retained for the Council’s legitimate administrative and record-keeping needs.
