Provide accurate information and use only accounts and documents you are authorised to use. Keep your account credentials private. Do not upload malicious files, impersonate others or submit unlawful content.
Network participation
Registering an account or submitting an FPO profile is an application to participate in the website and network. Public listing depends on Council review. Registration does not itself create company shareholding or a right to funding, purchases or services beyond those specifically agreed.
Programmes and enquiries
Programme eligibility, delivery, fees (if any), schedules and available resources are specified for the relevant programme. An enquiry or application is not an acceptance until confirmed. The present market facility supports enquiries and introductions; commercial terms and fulfilment must be agreed between the relevant parties.
Information and links
Guides and external links provide general information. Check the relevant official source for scheme rules, eligibility and deadlines. Do not rely on the website as a substitute for advice on a specific legal, tax or commercial matter.
Content and account management
The Council may review, correct or remove inappropriate submissions and restrict misuse. Contact the Council for support or to resolve an issue with a listing or application.
